Been a While Since a Roundup, Roundup

Here you go:

1. I have an iTunes playlist that collects all the mushy songs I have, OPM or otherwise. There are 197 songs in that playlist.

2. I find that, despite having a perfectly working calculator application in just about every computer, a handheld calculator does a better job.

3. There are at least 14 different business card sizes in my small collection of business cards. Standards, schmandards.

4. At some point in the near future, this DJ Montano person should come to terms with why he and his colleagues engender so much antipathy.

5. As a more-than-average user of typography, I've decided to find a way to use Comic Sans without making readers vomit in their mouths. Sayang! It's in every computer! So, I'm using it when I chat. Everyone I YM'd noticed and wondered what the frack was going on.

6. With all the prices going up, I'm proud to announce that there will be no price hikes in everything I sell, whatever it may be.

7. Related to #1 above, is Boz Scaggs for real or a muppet from Jim Henson's studio?

8. Make me happy. Drop by the house with some ice cream.

9. Again, related to #1, "Firewoman" by Barbie's Cradle is an excellent song.

10. The office will have no work on Friday, May 2, instead of the non-working holiday of May 1. There will be work on May 1 though, but we have created a long weekend instead of a lazy post-holiday Friday. That's how these things are done, GMA.

Comments

Are you referring to the way Scaggs sings "Heart of Mine" in #7?

Yes, unfortunately. He sounds like Gonzo.
