The fact remains: Ruffa read "Gabby Concepcion" when on the certificate prepared by SGV it read "Edu Manzano". Manzano and Aiko Melendez (who was not named the winner in the best actress category, and instead, Ruffa was) received their awards and considered not pressing charges.

She had no chance and never would have made through a real holly wood star. She was only good enough to be a host in the Philippines and to do a few projects in the US. But that is as far as shed get unless she goes back to Brunei. Maybe there she can be a star if she's not already one. Anyway a person who truly is rich and has integrity will never talk about what she has and does not show off. People who don't really have it together are the one's who likes to show off.
